Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about sleep consulting and how More Than Sleep can help your family.

How does sleep consulting work?

Sleep consulting is a personalised, supportive process. After learning about your child, family, and goals, you'll receive a tailored sleep plan and ongoing guidance throughout your support period.

Will my baby cry?

Some children may protest change, while others adapt quickly. Your plan will always be responsive, age-appropriate, and aligned with your comfort level. You'll never be left to manage difficult moments alone.

How long does it take to see results?

Many families notice improvements within days, but progress varies. Factors such as temperament, consistency, illness, or developmental changes can affect timelines.

Do you offer support outside business hours?

WhatsApp text support is available Monday to Friday, 9:00am–9:00pm AEST. Support is not provided on weekends or public holidays.

What if my child gets sick during our support period?

Illness, teething, or travel can temporarily affect sleep. Guidance will be adjusted where possible, and we'll focus on supporting you through these changes.

Is sleep consulting safe?

Yes. All guidance aligns with recognised safe sleep practices. You always remain responsible for your child's safety and wellbeing.

Do you offer in-home visits?

Yes. In-home visits are available as an add-on for families located in the Sutherland Shire, subject to availability.

What ages do you work with?

More Than Sleep supports newborns, babies, and toddlers. Package recommendations will depend on your child's age and needs.

What if I need more support?

Additional WhatsApp support or follow-up services can be purchased once your initial support period ends.

If you have further questions, please reach out before booking - I'm always happy to help.
