Sarah - Sleep Consultant

Welcome! I'm Sarah-your friendly sleep consultant, mum, and cheerleader in the background.

I created More Than Sleep because I know firsthand how exhausting and overwhelming sleep challenges can be for families. When my first child was a newborn, I faced those sleepless nights head-on. Like many parents, I turned to books, research, and everything I could find to improve her sleep-and all of that reading and learning paid off. It also showed me how incredible life feels when our babies and families are well rested.

That experience sparked my passion for good sleep and led me to combine my love of helping others with professional study and science-backed, evidence-based strategies.

My approach is genuine, realistic, and family-centred, supporting not just your child, but everyone involved in their care. Hands-on, personalised support in the comfort of your own home. Available as an add-on to any sleep support package in Sydney and surrounds; this visit would traditionally take place around nap time or bedtime.

Please note: Anywhere 10km+ outside of the Sutherland Shire will incur additional travel fees.
